Well the Greens appear to be the only ones who have responded  to the Municpal Association of Victoria the Peak body of the Local councils election wish list. See the list here http://www.mav.asn.au/stateelection2010  but in essence its a call for more sustainable funding (ie More) less interference with planning, more support for Aged Care, Kindergartens, Public Libraries, and Transport. As well as the big one of Climate Change. Its a comprehensive wishlist and one with very local implications
