| On Saturday 27 March at 8:30pm, Glen Eira Council is demonstrating its commitment to environmental sustainability by participating in Earth Hour 2010 — sending a powerful message that we care about our living planet. The Town Hall, our libraries and child care centres will ensure all lights, other than essential lighting, are switched off for one hour.
Join them and others in 1000 cities and towns across the world, by turning off your non-essential lighting and electrical appliances for an hour between 8.30 pm and 9.30 pm on Saturday 27 March.
