Did you know that 84% of the 1000 shoppers surveyed in May 2010 expressed concern about the impact of their shopping decisions on the environment and yet wait for it....... 13% actually "just now" purchased a product because of its environmental features.  This report conducted on behalf of the Australian Food and Grocery Council is a really interesting read and very accessible. It doesn't provide answers just lots of questions and I found out that Canadians and Israelis to name but a few drink their milk from bags and have done for ages. Why not here eh!
