The house next to me has been bulldozed and three (in my opinion poorly designed) double story townhouses are replacing it. Every time I get upset about the impending impact on me and my family I consider the unsustainable nature of our urban sprawl. Its usually enough to help me gain a different perspective but the issue still remains a challenging one nevertheless for me and for others.
